Whenever possible, we encourage you to make choices that feel right for you. These may include "rooming-in" options, visitors, dietary preferences or other personal wishes. If you or your family have questions, our nurses are there to offer the information you need. And after your baby is born, you can rely on professional guidance from our staff to help you care for yourself and your little one.
Combining Technology and Comfort to Make Wonderful Surroundings
The Women's Center combines thoughtful, personalized touches with the finest in modern obstetrical services. Equipped with three LDR (labor, delivery and recovery) suites, three observation rooms and a Cesarean surgical suite, our rooms offer you a homelike atmosphere. Amenities in the LDR rooms include an armoire, TV/VCR, and private baths.
The appeal of the rooms goes far beyond the decor. You will find technologically advanced medical equipment and fetal monitoring systems to promote the health and well-being of mothers and babies alike.
A Dedicated Team
Natchez Regional Medical Center, delivering babies for over 51 years, has a team of obstetricians, pediatricians and Women's Center nurses with years of combined experience.
Our newborn nursery is the largest in the area and the only one in the area to provide Level Two Neonatal Intensive Care.
You may choose "natural" childbirth or request an epidural. Your delivery may be vaginal or Cesarean. Or you may have unique medical needs. Whatever the case, your best interests are the primary concern of our exceptional staff at The Women's Center. You can be assured of a special delivery and the experience of a lifetime.
