At Natchez Regional Medical Center, we prefer to think of you not only as our patient, but also as our valued guest. We welcome your comments and ideas on ways our services might better meet your needs. The Director of Guest Services serves as Patient Advocate and encourages you to communicate your comments and concerns. We are here to assist you with your needs and can:
- provide you with information about our hospital services and patient rights
- respond to your questions and comments regarding our services and patient rights
- assist you with any special problems or concerns.
At Natchez Regional Medical Center, your feedback on your stay with us is extremely important. Our inpatients, outpatients, and emergency room patients are randomly selected to receive a patient survey in the mail once they have utilized our services. With this survey, we are essentially asking you to "grade us" on the services we provided to you. Because we rely on our customers to help us improve our services, we encourage anyone who receives a survey to please complete and return it in the prepaid envelope.
